Black Metal Studies

Two scheduled performances on Wednesday 15 April are followed by a public exhibition for the duration of Sonorities festival.  The exhibition shows the documentation of the live performances and the physical traces they leave on the space.

Live performance will take place in 2 parts on Wednesday 15th April inside PS3 with a limited audience inside the gallery. The performance can also be viewed from outside the gallery through the window.  The performances will be documented with video and audio, so doors will be closed at the times indicated below to minimise disruption.

Part 1 Performance:

Wednesday 15 April – Doors open 1.50pm (close at 2pm), Performance 2 – 2.30pm

Part 2 Performance:

Wednesday 15 April – Doors open 7pm (close at 7.10pm), Performance 7.10 – 7.40pm

Part 3 Exhibition:

Thursday 16 April – Saturday 18 April – Gallery open 12pm-5pm

Please only attend the Part 1 & Part 2 live performances if you consent to appearing in a publicly exhibited black and white video documenting the performances.
