BIO
Cameron Clarke is a sound and multimedia artist from Belfast. He is currently in his third year of practice based research at the Sonic Arts Research Centre Belfast. His work primarily focuses on creative playful interaction with public spaces through developing site specific sound installations.
His approach to making is rooted in DIY culture with a hands-on approach to using public spaces against their intended purpose. He works in the medium of field recording, A/V installation, sound walks, film and interventionist performance. His work has been commissioned by the Belfast Imagine Festival, ISSTA and Golden Thread Gallery.
