Biog

Ward is an explorer of digital technology in a few distinct areas. Primarily working as a collaborator with other artists he explores how electronics, sensor systems, lighting and sound design integrate into a range of creative practices. He is currently a Lecturer at the Digital Media and Arts Research Centre at the University of Limerick.

Davis is an instrument builder, improviser and sonic artist. His work concerns technologically mediated interaction, embodiment and participatory practices. Davis is currently an Associate Professor at the University of Bournemouth. Davis and Ward both hold PhDs in Sonic Art from SARC, Queen’s University Belfast.
