Biog
Giacomo Lepri is a musician, sonic interaction designer and researcher. Specialised in not being specialised, his work involves the development of interactive musical systems for electroacoustic improvisation, sonic sculptures and audio-visual installations. He recently completed a PhD at the Centre For Digital Music – QMUL on the modalities through which musical knowledge and assumptions are inscribed in and mediate by new musical interfaces. He often presents his research and artworks internationally, in both academic and artistic venues.
