Úna Monaghan is a harper, composer, researcher and sound artist. Her research examines the intersections between Irish traditional music, experimental music practices, improvisation and interactive technologies. She performs with harp and computer, and regularly combines traditional music with bronze sculpture, poetry, sound art and movement sensors.
Ceri Owen is a Welsh pianist, researcher, and writer. She specializes in accompanying singers, and has given recitals at venues including London’s Wigmore Hall, Barbican Hall, and King’s Place. A versatile musician, she has explored classical, traditional, experimental, and improvisatory musical practices.
Síle Denvir hails from Indreabhán in the Connemara Gaeltacht. She has a particular interest in Irish-language song in a modern context. An accomplished performer, Síle is a sean-nós singer and harpist and is a founding member of the group Líadan. Síle is a regular contributor to various TV and radio programmes and is the presenter of the programme ‘Sean-Nós’ on TG4.
